processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates:
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada & UK: 10–20 business days
• Caribbean & Latin America: 14–21 business days
• Middle East & Africa: 15–25 business days
During holidays, sales events, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. DeeLuxe & Co. is not responsible for customs fees or import
duties charged by your country upon delivery.
Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and the shipping method you select.
Free shipping promotions may be offered during special events and will be clearly advertised when available.
5. International Shipping
DeeLuxe & Co. proudly ships to many countries worldwide.
Once again, Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While we work with trusted shipping carriers, DeeLuxe & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
