Store Credit Only

We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns are issued as store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase at DeeLuxe & Co.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for store credit:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Original tags must still be attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Undergarments
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Beauty products
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at DeeLuxeCo14@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as DeeLuxe & Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Store Credit

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit via email. Store credit has no expiration date and may be used toward any future purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
